Collectively our executive team has over 30 years living in the post-Christian context of Europe. Our staff span 50+ years of developing and helping others from diverse spiritual backgrounds.

Katie Dudgeon

Co-Founder & Executive Director

With nearly 25 years in nonprofit leadership and a Master of Divinity, Katie brings strategic insight and a deep commitment to developing people, strengthening teams and and guiding communities toward lasting impact.

Mike Edwards

Co-Founder & Program Director

With a graduate degree in Urban Theology and 15 years working in Germany, Mike combines his engineering expertise and executive leadership to spark meaningful innovation and tangible change in cities.
