Collectively our executive team has over 30 years living in the post-Christian context of Europe. Our staff span 50+ years of developing and helping others from diverse spiritual backgrounds.

Katie’s spiritual journey, marked by her fascination with water and diverse cultural experiences, has led her to help individuals explore belief and healing while enjoying life’s pleasures like wine, food, yoga, and mystery films.

Architecting systems of hope and impact, Mike blends his engineering expertise and executive leadership with a unique talent for launching new projects, organizations, and initiatives that foster real change in urban environments.
