About Us
“We,” “us,” or “our” means Proxima Partners, with its principal place of business at 1875 Mission St, Ste 103-425, San Francisco, CA 94103-3560.
General
When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Proxima Partners. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or another number you designate.
Message frequency varies and may change based on your interaction with Proxima Partners. Proxima Partners may alter the frequency of messages or change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender used to send messages.
Your usual message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider with questions about your plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send a confirmation and no more messages will be sent. To receive messages again, sign up again in the same way you did initially.
Information and Support
For support, email info@liveproxima.org or, if supported, text “HELP” to 415-940-0715. Links included in messages may also provide unsubscribe instructions and company information.
Transfer of Number
Before changing your mobile number or transferring it to another person, reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at mike.edwards@liveproxima.org. This notice is a condition of using the messaging service.

Messaging Terms Changes
We may change or terminate our messaging program and update these Messaging Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately when posted. If you do not agree to a change, cancel your enrollment. Continued enrollment after a change constitutes acceptance.
